(How God Rewards Men)

One of the NAMES the Bible Reveals that God has/is is The REWARDER

TEXT: Hebrews 11:6

It is important to Know He is The REWARDER
It is also Important to Know the THEM that He REWARDS

• Revelation 22:12

My Reward is with Me to Give to Every Man
Many Believers turned down the Opportunity of the reward System of the Kingdom
because they don’t want to Feel they are Seeking God because of things

In Gods dealings with men, He has a System of Reward, according to His Character as a Giver.

REWARD:

To Rewards means to give something to someone in recognition of Service, Effort, Contribution or Achievement.
This Tells us that God does not Study the Works of Men for Nothing,
He does so because it is in His Character to always reward Men.

• 1 Samuel 17:24-27

David was not only MOTIVATED by His COVENANT with God,
He was Motivated by the Rewards Listed in Chapter 25.

• Matthew 19:27-30

The Disciples were also looking forward to the Rewards of their Following, the Apostles Expected to be REWARDED

• 2 Timothy 4:7

Paul Expected a REWARD
Gods Reward System is a DIVINE and also a Human Principle
Why Do Men Reward Men and why does God Reward Men:

The Reason is because “Men Work by MOTIVATION”

There are 3 Main things that God Rewards:

1. God REWARDS
   Diligent PURSUIT (Hebrews 11:6)

Any Kind and any Dimension of Diligent Pursuit is Rewarded

• Jeremiah 29:13

2. FAITHFULNESS

Matthew (The Parable of Talents)

• Galatians 6:9 (In due Season, we shall REAP)
• 1 Corinthians 4:1-2

(It is Required in Stewards that a Man be found FAITHFUL)

3. The WORKS of MEN

Particularly, the PURITY and the MOTIVE of the things you do,
and also the degree to which you Complied to the PATTERN

• Revelations 22:12 (Behold, I come Quickly)

• 1 Corinthians 3:12-15 (If any mans work ABIDE, he shall Receive a REWARD)

In Dealing with God, our Ultimate drive must be that we Love God with all of our Hearts,
then we must also be aware of the reward Systems of the Kingdom so we can Place a Demand on them.
There has to be TOKENS/Expressions of Consolation to our Work with God

GOD’S REWARD PRINCIPLE

• Mark 1:32-37

God Designed the reward system of the Kingdom to Function based on the DISCOVERY,
the DEVELOPMENT and the DEPLOYMENT of your GIFT

• Proverbs 18:16

The GIFT of a Man Maketh a Room for Him
This is the reason why it looks like God Isolates a group of People to reward them and leaves out others.
You may Love God Sincerely, but if you do not understand the reward system of the Kingdom,
you will Live a Frustrated Life

The WORD GIFT means your VALUE, SKILL, POTENTIAL, ABILITY.

Everything in your Life that constitutes an Advantage to your Life and can be deployed
to serve the Purposes of God and be a Blessing to Humanity is what the Bible calls your GIFT.

At the Point of Need, you will have the Faith to take UNBELIEVABLE RISK,
it is amazing what people can do when they are Pushed to the WALL

At the Point of NEED, People are DESPERATE and in a Positions where they are ever willing
to Reward, provided the Solution is Delivered.

Your VALUE decides who PURSUES you and decides the Extent of your REWARD.
The Prove that you are not Valuable is when your Absence Means nothing to People.
The REWARD System of the KINGDOM is CONNECTED to VALUE.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE GIFT OF GOD

• DISCOVER

Knowing you are Gifted is not enough, you must PAY the Price to DEVELOP and REFINE that GIFT,
Because the REWARD is not in your Discovering your Gift, it is in your DEVELOPMENT

• DEVELOP

Sacrifice is the Language of Champions
Knowledge is not a Gift, you BUY the TRUTH
The same Lord is Rich to all, but there are certain things that are REWARDS, they are not GIFTS.

NO EXCUSES

WHEN A NEW SEASON IS ABOUT TO OPEN

• Unusual Desire to PRAY
• Unusual Desire to GIVE
• Unusual Attacks from the Kingdom of Darkness

When God wants to Schedule a Season of Reward, the First thing He does is to Put Something in your hand

Exodus 4:2-3,17

You must Cast that ROD in your Hand and Worship God with it
The Value of the Anointing is that it comes upon a PREPARED VESEL,
So while you website for Power, Make sure you tarry in Jerusalem and Keep Praying,
Make Sure you study about Leadership, Influence and Management.

Spending time to market yourself is a waste of time, Building Capacity is your Advertisement.
There is nobody who comes out from no where.
Take all the time to decorate your Spirit and your Mind, your Body can be decorated in one day.
The Season of Training is a hard time

Anything can Lift you if you can REFINE it, because anything Looks bad when it is not been refined, including OIL.
It is based on Gods ability to anoint your VALUE, SKILL, Ability that is developed, Refined, then the Anointing will come upon it
The union between the supernatural anointing of the Holy Spirit upon your GIFT
that have been refined and Developed is what Schedules Seasons of REWARD
